Much has been spoken about in recent times of global warming. I think that there can be little doubt that there is a very definite change in our weather patterns. On Christmas day the temperature was 9 degrees C. Twenty years ago we would have been digging ourselves out from here because of snow. Forty years ago we would have been blocked in for many, many days. The birdlife has changed--- we have had a wood pecker at our bird-feeder ! Personally, I believe that much of it is cyclical. I am sure that things like car emissions will not help. However, I am equally sure that digging big holes in Peat Bogs spewing carbon in to the atmosphere to house these earth saving wind turbines is the answer either.
