It must be my age, because it feels like just yesterday that the fishing season ended and the new one is just over three weeks around the corner! My anticipation and excitement has not waned with the years. Pat Quinn ( ( Hector) and I have agreed to fish the Hill Lochs at least twice every week from the first of May and we will be able to assess what might be needed to enhance them and bring them back to their glory of thirty years ago.
