There is a saying " If you do not like the Caithness weather----just hang on a minute" This would normally indicate change! The only change that I have witnessed in the past 12 weeks is that it has gone from dry to very dry. One has to feel very sorry for the Anglers who have looked forward to possibly their only fishing outing of the year, to be confronted with these conditions. On Beat One the locals seem to have abandoned any thoughts of fishing.
