June has been a very difficult month with The Private Beat just making double figures and Beat One not even doing that. Most of it can be blamed on the low water / high water temperatures that best us for much of the month. There are a LOT of fish waiting in the Bay. We will just have to await the arrival of water. Some people thought that I was being a little unkind to Isobel last week. I can assure everyone that, when I see her coming home after a hard days work, I have a lovely cup of tea ready for her----before I send her out to mow the grass.
