Loch More rose about a foot in midweek and the river about 4 inches and hopes were very high. No matter which direction the wind blew from it had that bitingly cold edge and made things very uncomfortable. Beat One anglers lost several fish in the week which were reputed to be in the late teens of pounds. Hopefully, they will stick on next week.
