We ended up the month of March with just one fish from the Private and Beat one still blank. I had high hopes for Beat one as we allow members to fish for nothing until the end of the month which attracts a fair few rods to the water. It would seem that the fairly constant high water just encouraged the fish to run straight through. At the moment, we have the Caithness east wind blowing fairly constantly which does not help!
