We have had a lot of snow during the week------almost the kind of winter that we used to have. Needless to say, very little fishing was done! I am sure that the trout lochs which have been bothered with weed growth over the past few summers will benefit from the frost and snow. My Oyster Catchers are back for the ninth year on the trot.
