Speaking to a couple of angling friends the discussion centered on the disaster and almost tragedy that has befallen us anglers with the prevailing weather conditions. After giving it a little thought I realised that "disaster" and "tragedy" were words that would be better used to describe many events taking place all over the world and in Ukraine in particular. We anglers are just suffering under some very poor fishing conditions!
