It has been a pretty horrendous week with very strong, cold winds interspersed with brief, but very heavy rainfall. The Private continues to provide some sport whilst Beat One is still struggling with fish racing through. Interestingly, there have been a few grilse seen running through with the odd one being caught. Our trout anglers on the Hill Lochs had a pretty torrid time because of the wind conditions and did much of their fishing from the bank. They did have success on all of the Lochs but the cold winds didn`t help the overall returns.
