It has been yet another very strange and difficult week. I will repeat my belief ( once again) in that I truly believe that much of the difficulties is down to atmospherics! We have had a couple occasions in the week when the wind has swung west or south and we have had fish either take the fly or show interest. I have heard the opinion voiced that there are not many fish in the system! I would just say to those people that I have seen fish jumping in Loch More and I have seen good numbers of fish in the Estuary, and I am quite certain that the 26 miles of river between those points will be holding very good numbers of fish too.
