On a midweek visit to the upper river I was delighted, and more than a little surprised, to see a lot of fish still on the redds. I say surprised because there has been activity on the redds for almost five weeks which is quite a long time. I can only assume that, with the Pass at Loch More running much of the time, there have been quite a lot of late arrivals.
