Now is the time when we need to be looking ahead to all the good times to come. This year, for the first time for many years the "Hill Lochs" will have a full complement of boats. There will be boats on Cherigal, Meadie, Gaineimh, Eun, Willan, Duck and Loch More. I am sure that many, many happy times are to be had there. I was having a blether with my Pal Pat Quinn earlier in the week and it was amazing that we were both immersed in the same tasks ! Just to pass the time we were doing a bit of a clean out of our fishing gear. Both of us were astounded when we came across things and were asking ourselves questions like, What is that for? Why did I buy this? It looks like I`ve never used this! and so on. Maybe a good lesson learned from the present situation going forward will be to buy things that you need and are likely to use as opposed to buying just because you can !! Be Safe.
