As yet another season comes to an end it is time once again to reflect on how we viewed the year. I can only describe it as "topsy turvy". There were times when it was difficult to believe that there was a fish in the river and others when you felt that there wasn`t enough water to house them all ! There were long periods of time when it was impossible to entice a fish and others when they seemed to be fighting one another for the fly. There is a term that those of us who have been around for a while have for this phenomenon " salmon fishing" !!!
