The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	A week of two halves. We had 14 fish for the week,4 in the first three days and 10 in the last three. High winds and snow showers were a feature early in the week. As the weather improved so did the catches. A small rise in the river from the melting snow cooled the water and slowed the running fish down and fish were taken throughout the river. For next week we have a full loch and overnight rain last night will keep the loch topped up.
