It has proved to be a very difficult week with overhead conditions not helping at all. However, when things did come right, the fish were very obliging as the six fish taken from beat four by Eric Cholett proved.
One of the anglers told me that he has watched a Kingfisher in the week and, as I have never seen one in this area, assumed that they were speaking of our Top Ghillie, Geordie Doull. Not so, it was the feathered variety. |
